In Memoriam
|  | It is with a feeling of deep sadness that the remaining members of the family of Zwicker’s Gallery announce the passing of our kitten Zoë, following an extended and courageous fight with cancer. Zoë died early in the morning of May the 4th, 2011.
Zoë was born 15 years ago in Halifax and remained in the city all her life. She joined the Zwicker’s family while still a kitten, and spent her life promoting the visual arts in Canada. All who knew her loved her sunny disposition, coupled with an intellectual rigor that was rare in her field. In addition to her interest in art, Zoë spent a lot of time exploring the Meaning of Life. She was about to publish her findings when her life was so sadly terminated.
Zoe will be missed, and those who wish to mark her passing could help less fortunate animals by making donations in her name to such charities as Bide-a-While or Companion Animal Protection Society of Annapolis County (CAPS). |
